At BamBaits, we take pride in delivering your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
All orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $125 within Canada and the U.S.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For U.S. customers, please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bambaits@bambaits.ca within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
