Shipping Overview
At BamBaits, we take pride in delivering your orders quickly, securely, and affordably. We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
All orders are shipped from our facility in Ontario, Canada.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada and the U.S.
U.S. Orders: Duties and Import Fees
BAM Baits products are proudly made in Canada and shipped from our facility in Ontario. To date, our U.S. customers have not been charged additional tariffs, duties, or customs fees upon delivery.
Any shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by BAM Baits will be displayed at checkout. Import regulations may change, and any fees imposed by customs or the shipping carrier that are not collected at checkout may be the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bambaits@bambaits.ca within 7 days of the delivery date.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
