  • We ship to Canada & the U.S. from Ontario, Canada.

  • Orders ship in 1–3 business days (next business day for weekend/holiday orders).

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Typical delivery times: Canada: 3–10 days, USA: 5–14 days.

  • Free shipping on orders over $125.

  • U.S. orders may have customs or duty fees (customer responsibility).

  • If your package is lost or damaged, email bambaits@bambaits.ca within 7 days.

  • No shipping to U.S. P.O. Boxes.
